The state Motor Neurone Disease (MND) clinic is located at Flinders Medical Centre, Bedford Park, South Australia. The MND Clinic is a specialised clinic providing an integrated approach to the management and clinical care of the person with MND. The MND Clinic operates on Tuesday afternoons.

MND Nurse Consultant Leanne Davis is available via phone or email 3 ½ days per week (excluding Fridays) and you are encouraged to contact her in between clinic visits with any concerns you may have.

The Motor Neurone Disease (MND) clinic is situated in the 4th Generation clinics on Level 4 of the Rehabilitation and Palliative Care building at Flinders Medical Centre (FMC) Flinders Dr, Bedford Park SA 5042.
MND team members work with many clinicians and support workers in the community, depending on patient needs.
